The Roundtable Magazine
The People Shall : We Spark Dialogue, Amplify Youth Voices, and Explore Bold Ideas That Shape Governance and Strengthen Democracy.
Profile
The Roundtable Magazine offers in-depth features, interviews and opinion pieces highlighting both challenges and opportunities shaping the political landscape.
It was founded in 2020, originally launched as The Rise of a Woman Magazine, with a focus on empowering young women. However, we broadened the focus to the youth, in recognition of the pervasive governance challenges they face which necessitate collective redress. Today, The Roundtable has grown into more than just a publication — it is a space for dialogue, learning and empowerment. Here, we spotlight the voices of young leaders, challenge the status quo and explore bold ideas that pushes our country forward.
We advance democracy through driving conversations that inform, foster accountability and encourage civic dialogue. The youths form a core part of the society’s ecosystem and it is therefore imperative to support them and use them as a catalyst of change in our nations.
Mission Statement
To provide a credible, people-centered platform for political discourse, civic education and leadership development that empowers young people to shape policy and governance through in-depth opinions, powerful stories and transformative dialogues.
Vision
Better Self, Better Nation.
